DART OT provides Occupational Therapy services including assessments, reports, capacity building, assistive technology support, home modification recommendations, and behavioural support collaboration.
All services are provided based on clinical judgement and individual client needs.
Appointments can be made via phone or email. We aim to provide timely and responsive scheduling where possible.
Clients are expected to attend appointments on time. Late arrivals may reduce session time to avoid impacting other clients.
Fees are charged in line with current service rates and will be discussed prior to service delivery.
Payment is required as agreed at the time of service arrangement. This may vary depending on funding arrangements such as NDIS, private clients, or insurance providers.
Invoices must be paid within the specified payment terms unless otherwise arranged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur.
We request as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or non attendance may incur a fee, particularly where the appointment time cannot reasonably be rebooked.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in changes to service arrangements.
